- Develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the interests and abilities of youth.
- Provide one-on-one support to children, especially those with disabilities, ensuring their inclusion in all activities.
- Foster positive relationships with participants by offering guidance, encouragement, and mentorship.
- Monitor the progress of youth in various programs and provide feedback to parents or guardians as necessary.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive community for all participants.
- Organize recreational activities that promote teamwork, social skills, and personal development.
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols and reporting any concerns promptly.
**Experience**
- Previous experience working with children or youth is essential; experience with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage with youth from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed are critical attributes for this role.
