**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead internal audit-related functions, including **bank reconciliations**, **compliance reviews**, and **financial health assessments** by office
- Support preparation of the **group cash flow report**, ensuring all intercompany flows reconcile across entities accurately and on time
- Independently collaborate with different teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in intercompany transactions and cash movements
- Liaise with the **data team** to gather, validate, and structure large datasets required for reporting
- Maintain **Tableau dashboards** and financial reports to support business insights and compliance monitoring
- Conduct in-depth analysis including **forex evaluations**, **cost control**, and **cash buffer assessments**:

- Communicate effectively with various teams when transactions or balances do not reconcile
- Recommend process improvements and assist with developing policies and controls

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- **2-4 years of experience** in financial operations, internal audit, or related finance functions
- Proven experience with **intercompany reconciliation**, **cash flow reporting**, and **financial controls**:

- Strong **Excel** skills and experience working with **Tableau** or similar BI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working in a multi-entity or global finance environment
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Dynamics)
- Working knowledge of **SQL**, **Tableau**, or financial automation tools
