We’re on the hunt for an **Electrical/Electronic Technician **on our Satellite systems team at our Montreal office.

**Role**:
**Tasks**:

- Assemble and modify test benches from specific written instructions or under the technical supervision of more experienced technicians or technical staff.
- Carry out the assembly, modification and verification of equipment test benches.
- Perform testing, alignment and calibration of production units and systems of intermediate complexity.
- Record data on the results of tests or experiments. Prepare reports and may make recommendations on assigned tasks.
- Perform monitoring and testing of units in thermal or vacuum chambers.
- Monitor and understand flight test processes.
- Perform work in accordance with internal procedures and in compliance with our Occupational Health and Safety rules.
- Perform bench testing with the vector network analyzer.
- Assist in the performance of near field (PNFR Planar Scanner, FAPT Aperture Scanner, FTR Spherical Scanner), far field (CATR Compact Base), multipaction/high power, PIM passive intermodulation tests.

**Qualifications required**
- College diploma or equivalent in electronic engineering or related field as assigned.
- French, spoken and written. Knowledge of English is an asset.
- No minimum experience required.
