**Responsibilities**:
- Balance cash sheets
- Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software such as Microsoft excel
- Manage Inventory control
- Manage accounts payable and receivables
- Receiving and recording cash and cheques
- Posting sales transactions
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
- Managing transactions or cash and cheques with banks
- Interacting with management, employees, customers, and vendors
- Provide back up to payroll as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in accounting field or related discipline
- Highschool Diploma and/or post secondary education
- Familiar with Microsoft office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
