Job Summary
- Successful completion of high school diploma
- One year experience in computerized shipping/receiving
- Electric Pallet Jack Operator Certification required
- Daily applies the principles of Service Plus with both internal/external customers
- Computer skills enabling employee to efficiently use the Materials Management System (PMM), Logi Data, Mail Machine, Mail Accounting Software, online Internet Courier Services
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
- Demonstrates excellence in communication, both written and verbal
- Analysis / problem assessment
- Innovative and willing to learn
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Demonstrates individual leadership skills
- Detail Oriented
- Regular attendance is a requirement of the position
