As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. **Duties**
- Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring each client feels valued and cared for throughout their visit.

**Experience**
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, with an understanding of current trends in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in retail sales or upselling is advantageous, contributing to an enhanced client experience.

Pay: $16.55-$150.00 per hour
