Vino Volo is looking for energetic servers and kitchen specialists to join our growing team. **THE COMPANY**: Vino Volo (Italian for "wine flight") is an innovative, high-end wine bar and retail concept operating on the secured side of airport terminals around the continent. We encourage airline travelers to 'Discover Great Wines' in themed tasting flights and by the glass. Small plate pairings, comfortable atmosphere, and an extensively trained staff round out Vino Volo's award-winning guest experience. ***: We are seeking experienced wine servers with a passion for wine and service. Customer service is a cornerstone of Vino Volo's strategy, and the company invests heavily in training its staff through our own development program. Team members work together to maintain all aspects of restaurant and sales performance including back-of-house duties. The intense working environment is well-suited to ambitious career minded individuals seeking to develop themselves through hard work. **Requirements**: Work experience must include one or more years as a server in a well-respected full-service restaurant, wine bar or equivalent position in the hospitality industry. Knowledge and Skills: - Skilled at and enjoys delivering excellent customer service - Enthusiasm for wines and a desire to learn more about wines - Highly responsible and reliable - Experienced with and proficient at using retail point-of-sale systems - Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing Able to work overtime or late into the evening in the event of flight delays - Able to carry and balance a tray of full wine glasses - Able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time Part-time hours: 32 per week **Salary**: $15.00-$30.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Commuter benefits - Discounted or free food Shift: - 8 hour shift **Experience**: - serving: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: - Smart Serve (preferred) Shift availability: - Day Shift (preferred) - Night Shift (preferred) Work Location: In person
