We are seeking a hard-working and committed full-time Excavator Operator to join our team. We are looking for a positive, high-energy person to join our busy team.

Responsibilities may include:

- Experience in operating excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other structures is an asset; however full training will be provided to any successful applicant with machinery experience.
- Follow safety regulations and procedures while operating the excavator.
- Maintain the excavator and ensure it is in good working condition and perform regular maintenance checks on the excavator.
- Transport materials to and from the job site.
- Load and unload materials from the excavator.
- Work under the supervision of a foreman at job sites throughout Vancouver and Burnaby.
- Set a high standard for quality of work that helps to elevate the skills of the rest of the Excavation Team. Be self-motivated with an ability to independently and as part of a team.
- Operate as a productive member of a high-functioning team to drive high-quality results.
- Be available to work shifts beginning at 7:00 am from Monday through Saturday. (overtime work is often required depending on completion timelines).
- Follow health and safety standards.
- Communicate in English, both verbally and written.
- Be able to carry up to 50lbs
- Valid Class 5 or Class 3 driver's license an asset

Must be eligible to work in Canada for any employer. Competitive salary based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
