**How you will make an impact**:
Medical Imaging Flow Coordinator is to coordinate and dispatch medical imaging tasks efficiently and effectively. MIFC will collaborate closely with the dedicated porters to ensure productivity and efficiency. MIFC will communicate with patients to increase visibility and transparency. MIFC will collaborate with clinical medical Imaging partners to ensure that the patients flow smoothly. MIFC will prioritize and coordinate service requests according to site specific matrix while monitoring flow to forecast and respond to patient flow demands.

Medical Imaging flow Coordinator will report directly with the Call Center Manager as they will assist with any related patient flow issues and/or concerns.

**As a **Medical Imaging Flow Coordinator (MIFC) **you will**:

- Start shift in the call center to retrieve the portable workstation and communication _device._
- Log into HRC system on the laptop - to ensure that the systems are working efficiently.
- Morning rounds, will collaborate patient flow with key stakeholders within the medical Imaging _departments._
- Will collaborate with the dedicated Transporter Team
- Responsible for monitoring and assigning the _dedicated._
- follow-up with Transporter, who are on delays unless critical 10minute wait _time._
- Coordinate and dispatch patients to and from medical Imaging effectively
- Communication with the call center when applicable
- Round Medical Imaging department with portable workstation
- Will be visible and engage with patients, will create a positive patient experience by ensuring that patients are not experiencing any delays.
- Will escalation and/or change status of patients, in queue when _applicable._
- Will notify Clinical team if a patient is in _distress._
- During Break times the will communication with MI stakeholders and call center to ensure that there is no interruption in patient flow
- Will communicate any workflow deficiencies, make recommendations to gain _efficiencies._
- To report any flows, delays, calls sitting in queue, escalation any/and all issues including steps that actioned to the Call Center manager

**About you**:

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Detail oriented
- Experience working in a similar environment before is an asset
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service to the client.
