We are seeking **passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Budtenders** who are excited to grow within the cannabis industry As a Budtender / Keyholder, you will play a key role in day-to-day retail operations, customer engagement, and ensuring a welcoming and compliant store environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building trust and understanding individual needs
- Provide accurate cannabis education within the boundaries of provincial and federal regulations
- Verify customer age before discussing or selling products
- Promote responsible cannabis use while guiding customers through product options
- Stay informed on current and emerging products, industry trends, and updates to the **Cannabis Act**:

- Accurately pick, pack, and complete online and in-store orders
- Verify ID and payment methods for prepaid and online transactions
- Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandising displays and stock organization
- Complete assigned tasks from Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
- Stay up to date on company policies, events, product rollouts, and training modules
- Follow all **company procedures, SOPs, and compliance protocols**:

- Work a flexible schedule including **evenings, weekends, and holidays**

**Qualifications**
- **1-3 years of retail experience** (Cannabis experience is an asset but not required)
- **CannSell Certification** (must be obtained before starting)
- Must pass a **criminal background check**:

- Ability to pay close attention to detail and follow processes
- Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of personal integrity, reliability, and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of cannabis products and regulations, or a willingness to learn
- Experience using POS systems and processing cash/debit/credit transactions

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
