We’re looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to join our team as Live-In Aids.

**Position Overview**:
As a **Live-In Aid**, you will reside in the client’s home and provide round-the-clock support tailored to their daily needs. This position is ideal for someone who is nurturing, organized, and passionate about making a lasting impact on someone’s life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personal care, including, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices (including physical support and heavy lifting when needed)
- Monitor and administer medication as directed
- Plan, cook, and prepare nutritious meals; assist with feeding if required
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying, etc.)
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful social or recreational activities
- Keep accurate daily care logs and communicate health or safety concerns with families and health professionals

**Qualifications**:

- **Required**:

- Valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong English communication skills
- Physical ability to support mobility and transfers
- Reliable and flexible schedule availability
- **Preferred**:

- Previous experience in senior care, home care, or a similar caregiving role
- Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Healthcare-related certification or diploma
