Assistant Superintendant

**Windmill Heights Golf Club **is looking for an Assistant Superintendent

This position is ideal for those who are interested in engaging themselves within the Golf Industry. You will assist in the management and maintenance of all aspects of the golf course.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Participate in the planning and running in daily operations
- Makes recommendations to the Superintendent on the daily condition of the golf course
- Practice and enforce all aspects of Windmill’s Maintenance and Health & Safety Policy
- Help train staff on all equipment
- Working knowledge of RainBird irrigation systems, automated controls, and repairs preferred (or willing to learn).

Qualifications:

- Experience in the golf industry
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Approach responsibilities in an organized and energetic manner, lead by example.

- Formuler des recommandations au surintendant sur l'état quotidien du terrain de golf.
- Mettre en pratique et appliquer tous les aspects de la politique d'entretien, de santé et de sécurité de Windmill.
- Aider à former le personnel sur tous les équipements
- Connaissance pratique des systèmes d'irrigation RainBird, des commandes automatisées et des réparations de préférence (ou volonté d'apprendre).

Qualifications requises:

- Expérience dans l'industrie du golf
- Solides compétences en communication
- Permis de conduire valide
- Aborder les responsabilités de manière organisée et énergique, montrer l'exemple.

Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
