**CNC Machinist** - **Roto Engravers**
Roto Engravers, a producer of high quality precision rotary dies is seeking a Full-time CNC Machinist.

**Department**:Production
**Position reports to**: Manager of Engineering Services
**Position Level**: Intermediate

As a member of the production team, the CNC Machinist will be responsible for the production and maintenance of the rotary dies produced while ensuring quality throughout the process.

**Responsibilities**:
Working within the production team to:

- Build precision dies, tools & prototypes using conventional and numerically controlled metal-cutting and forming machines such as:

- Saws
- Drills
- Cylindrical grinders
- Lathes
- Mills
- Program Bostomatic CNC multi axis milling machines using MasterCAM
- Build, change and repair dies, forms, cutting tools, gauges, jigs and fixtures
- Welding: Micro welding, repairs & build up
- CNC set up & Operation

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years experience of combined experience in CNC Programming & Operation
- AEC/DEP or skilled Trade Certificate
- Completion of a 4 or 5 year Tool & Die making apprenticeship program or
- Combination of over 5 years of work experience in a trade industry + Educational courses in Tool & Die making

**Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in Master Cam Software
- Ability to read & interpret complex engineering drawings, tooling drawings and Work-Process documentation.
- Time Management
- 5S Practices
- Basic Machine Maintenance

**Working conditions**:
Manufacturing/production Environment located in Oakville, Ontario with inclusive staff and leaders committed to learning and growth. Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday
