**_ Apprentice Technician Annual Wage Range: $35,360 - $ 53,040_**

We offer **Level Bonuses** and a **Salary Top-Up Plan** for all Apprentices

**Level Bonuses**:

- Level 1 to 4: Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
- Red Seal: Red Seal Certification Bonus

**Salary Top-Up Plan**:

- Receive support to ease your financial burdens during each apprenticeship block
- Salary Top-Up Plan, provides a percentage of previous hourly rate while off work attending your block
