Formwork Carpenter

Rafat General Contractor Inc. is looking for **experienced Formwork Carpenters** to join our team This is a **full-time, non-union** position focused on forming **buildings and structures** for commercial and municipal projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Construct and assemble **formwork for concrete walls, slabs, columns, and foundations**.
- Read and interpret **blueprints, drawings, and specifications**.
- Install, align, and secure **formwork panels, bracing, and shoring**.
- Work with **concrete placement crews** to ensure smooth pours.
- Maintain a **safe and clean job site**, following all safety protocols.

**Requirements**:
✔ **2+ years of experience** in formwork carpentry for **building construction**.
✔ Ability to use **hand and power tools** safely and efficiently.
✔ Experience with **wood and modular formwork systems** (PERI, Doka, etc., is a plus).
✔ Physically fit and able to work **outdoors in all weather conditions**.
✔ Valid **driver’s license** and reliable transportation.their craftsmanship
