**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using autodesk construction cloud and other construction management software
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and civil drawings to facilitate project planning and execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Prepare and review construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools
- Use ACC for document review, markups, and collaboration on project drawings and plans
- Monitor project progress, update schedules, and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders
- Support project managers in tracking project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations
- Assist in managing project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to keep all team members aligned

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong understanding of construction processes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, Civil 3D, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, and construction management software
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
- Experience in civil or heavy construction projects is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $41,654.86-$77,740.96 per year
