**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Position is for a service driver for GTA customers which address/resolve inquiries pertaining to equipment issues
- Assist customers on location with servicing of their waffle irons.
- May require lifting of boxes 30-45lbs
- Collaborate with team members in order to enhance customer experience
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist customers with equipment-related questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer invoices and delivery receipts to provide to office team

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Full G License
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus, enabling effective troubleshooting and customer assistance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- 1-2 Day training of servicing equipment will be conducted prior to start date

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
