Position Overview or Description of the Position

This position comes with the expectation of growth in skills, responsibilities and advancement and is the start of a career path into the financial planning sector. You will be working with a growing practice with an opportunity to learn and grow with the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing various marketing ideas to help promoting the business
- Assisting with booking the appointments with current clients and prospects
- Assisting with client data management and other administrative duties
- Contribute towards making sales and growth of the practice.

Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

- Must be fluent with English both written and oral (Fluency in a second language considered an asset)
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Great communication skills
- Excellent and professional telephone skills as well as outstanding customer service
- Computer, data entry and social media skills
- Solid financial background would be a great asset

Education & Experience:

- A diploma or degree in finance, business, economics, social sciences, human resources or marketing would be an asset
- Great potential for growth and advancement
- Be LLQP licensed and Mutual Fund Licensed within 3 months of hiring

Compensation & Benefit:

- Commission

Must be able to work in Canada without restrictions.

Pay: $1.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
