Key Responsibilities:

- **Cleaning**: Thoroughly cleaning exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, fans, and vents, to remove grease and other flammable materials.
- **Safety**: Setting up safety zones, covering sensitive areas, and protecting kitchen equipment before cleaning.
- **Equipment Use**: Utilizing degreasers, scrapers, power washers, and vacuums to effectively remove grease buildup.
- **Inspections**: Identifying fire risks or mechanical issues within the system and reporting them to supervisors.
- **Documentation**: Taking before and after photos, completing digital work orders, and documenting cleaning activities.
- **Physical Demands**: Climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and working in various weather conditions.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring all cleaning activities adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- **Maintenance**: Maintaining tools and equipment, and performing basic upkeep tasks.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicating with clients and team members.
- **Flexibility**: Working flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- **Driving**: In some cases, a valid driver's license is required to transport equipment and travel to job sites.
