**Job Posting: Part-Time Lawn Care & Property Maintenance Worker**

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated **Lawn Care Worker** to join our team on a part-time basis. This position requires someone who can work mostly unsupervised and take pride in keeping the property well-maintained year-round.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain front and back yards of the property
- Lawn mowing, seeding, and weed control
- Garbage pickup and general outdoor tidying
- Weed whacking/trimming as needed
- Winter snow removal for walkways

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to and from the property
- Physically capable of performing outdoor work in all seasons
- Previous experience in lawn care or property maintenance is an asset but not required

**Schedule**:

- Part-time hours, flexible scheduling
- Extra hours required during winter months for snow removal
