**Assembly worker/ Fitter**
CMP Group Ltd., a leading provider of Marine Products, Construction, and Industrial solutions is seeking Assembly Fitter** **to join the **Delta, British Columbia location/team** on a **full-time permanent basis**. The Assembly Fitter reports to the Metal Supervisor.

**Responsibilities**
- Build/assemble and package various parts/assemblies
- Package and label products
- Safely, efficiently, and effectively build, test, package and label assemblies
- Adhere to safety policies, safe working procedures, emergency procedures and accident and safety reporting procedures
- Manage the organization of inventory systems and corresponding cycle counts
- Perform general clean up and maintain, clean, and organize work areas
- Assist in internal or external audits
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (Asset)
- Comfortable working in a labor-intensive environment, standing for most of the day and performing repetitive tasks
- Grinding experience in the manufacturing (Asset)
- Adaptable and flexible to work different shifts
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent
- Ability to follow process and visual aids
- Good dexterity
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to take any additional training/courses as required
- Occupational First Aid Attendant certified or willingness to do so
- Available for overtime (Asset)

**Hours**
- Day shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

**Salary**: $20.60 per hour
