Looking to make a difference with your data skills? Join CMHF as a Part-Time Data and Operations Assistant and support healthcare fundraising that enhances patient care in our community.
**About the Role**
As a Data and Operations Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring data quality that results to enhance and effective fundraising efforts which provide vital medical equipment to our Hospital.
**Key Responsibilities**
A. **Data Cleaning (40%)**: Ensure accuracy by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
B. **Report Development (25%)**: Create and maintain reports using Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge Insight Designer, Microsoft 365 Excel, Power BI, and other tools.
C. **Data Extraction (25%)**: Generate targeted mailing lists and donor segmentations.
D. **Administrative Support (10%)**: Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general office tasks.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong data mining, analysis and reporting skills
- Advanced MS 365 Excel skills; Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge, Power Automate and Power BI is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Post-secondary education in data science, fundraising, communications, or a related field preferred
