**GOA Hair Salon is hiring a Receptionist (Bilingual in Korean and English)**
**Position**: Receptionist
**Locations**:
- Christie Branch
- Eglinton Branch
**Work Hours**:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday / 10 AM - 8 PM
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday / 10 AM - 8 PM
**Hourly Rate**: $18.00 + product sales commission
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in both English and Korean
- Friendly, energetic, and personable
- Previous experience preferred (however, we welcome motivated individuals without experience)
**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet and assist customers
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Organize and manage customer records and store documents
- Operate POS systems & reservation platforms like Fresha
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and cooperative work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction
