Are you mechanically inclined and looking for an opportunity in the manufacturing industry? Kal Tire is seeking **Tire Retread Technicians** to join our team at our new re-manufacturing facility 513058 - 2nd Line, **Amaranth, ON** on the outskirts of Orangeville.

Full-time permanent positions are available with **Monday-Friday day shifts**. No rotation required.

As a Tire Retread Technician, you'll play a crucial role in our commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction. You'll be part of a team dedicated to extending the life of tires through the retreading process, reducing waste, and minimizing the environmental impact of tire disposal.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Tire Preparation**: Use hand tools to identify and prepare tires for repair, ensuring they meet quality standards.

**Job Requirements**:

- ** Mechanical Aptitude**: Previous mechanical experience or aptitude is preferred.
- ** Safety Conscious**: Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
- ** Proficiency in Remanufacturing**: Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adhere to quality standards.
- ** Physical Stamina**: Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks.
- ** Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with basic computer operations for tracking and recording work progress.
- ** Team Player**: Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working collaboratively in a high-performing team environment.
