**Transportation Vehicle Manager**. These roles are for Nuna's newest adventure located in Northern Canada in Nunavut.

Due to the location of this remote worksite rotations will be 8 weeks in / 8 weeks out
**Job Duties**:
- Oversee the provision of transportation services for all the clients personnel, including movement of supplies and equipment and recovery and breakdown service.
- Oversees the maintenance of roads and grounds services, Quarry operations, Snow and Ice Control for the Airfield, roads and grounds maintenance efforts.
- Maintain, update and submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational plans, reports and deliverables.
- Supervise, train, develop and evaluate performance of staff to ensure a high level of productivity and the best use of staff capabilities
**Qualifications**:
- Certification in vehicle or heavy equipment maintenance
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- 5+ years supervisory experience of maintenance personnel for vehicle maintenance, roads and grounds, and heavy equipment
- 10+ years of overall work experience
- Strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple priorities, solid interpersonal, communications and documentation skills
- Must be eligible for ENHANCED RELIABILITY security clearance and pass a pre-employment medical
- Must possess a valid passport to overnight in Thule, Greenland during on-route to the site.
- Ability to work cross-culturally and a strong team player is a must; will need to roll up sleeves and pitch in as and when required
- Be proficient in English, both verbally and written.
- Have experience as requested in the job description above.
- Able to work in a remote location for extended rotations.
- Clear all pre-access testing.
- Eligible to work for any employer in Canada.
- ** Reside within Canada and have a valid Canadian Passport.**
- **Covid-19 Quarantine periods up to 14 days will be required before each rotation.**
