Falafel Yoni is looking for a prep cook for our central kitchen, located in Verdun.

The responsibilities of the Prep Cook include participating in the execution of all prep kitchen tasks. Following the lead of the Production Manager to ensure timely production of all prep items, managing kitchen cleanliness, and participating in the delivery of prescribed objectives as a team.

**Requirements**:

- experience working in fast-pace high-production kitchen environment
- availability to work full time in the morning, week days and/or weekends
