**Job Summary**

Reviewing and inspecting preformed work, tagging any defect material, work performed out off allowed tolerance either trough deficiencies software or traditional method, estimating quantity. All reports must be delivery to all administrated members of Modena.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinating orders and keeping the tracking of the materials
- Checking updates in the drawing
- QA methodologies, Blueprint interpretation & geometric dimension and tolerance, Standard measuring/inspection equipment using hand-measuring instruments, (some projects)
- Plan the reorganization of the operations of an establishment
- Perform statistical analysis, conduct analysis, prepare reports, and make recommendations for improvement in cement quality, hardwood, paevers.
- On site quality control, reporting and controlling.
- Manage and controlling any complication on the project infrastructure

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, or a related discipline is usually required.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new software programs.
- Ability to monitor and execute multiple tasks in parallel.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work well independently and with supervision.
- Adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands, and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events, and high production pressure.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English, at a native or highly advanced professional level, is required.

The salary range for this position is $22.00-$25.00 per hour
