**Responsibilities**:

- Capture the best quality photographs of vehicles to display on our company website.
- Ensure photos are taken and uploaded on the website in a timely manner to meet daily goals.
- Collect vehicle information such as options, mileage, color
- Safely move vehicles as needed to stage and shoot photos/videos.
- Conduct daily inspections and report any vehicle faults to the management.
- Take pictures of vehicles for use in marketing and promotional materials
- Keeping notes on status of vehicles on the lot
- Checking in with inventory manager regarding vehicles that need priority over others for photographs
- Update the website as necessary & Provide administrative support to the marketing manager
- Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents
- May be required to assist in lot and detail area with cleaning and preparing vehicles for delivery
- Maintain a neat and orderly inventory arrangement, keeping track of vehicle locations.
- Maintaining a neat and orderly grounds and dealership lot
- Conduct daily inspections and promptly report any vehicle faults or damages to the management.
- Pick-up and delivery of vehicles from Storage and Service Centre, Bring vehicles out for test drives and perform other tasks as based on management requirements and instructions.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly lot and track inventory.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4W 0E2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Photography/video: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (required)
