**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Build relationships with contractors, retailers, small business owners and other business types through inbound and outbound calls and lead follow up.
- Responsible for finding and following up on sales leads, preparing and sending sales quotes, doing timely follow up, closing deals and preparing lease and rental documents for customer presentation.
- Directly involved in all levels of customer interaction that generate rentals
- Identifying opportunities of/ and connecting with new customers to present our company and sell services.
- Creation of complete offers with information regarding the services and provide them to the customer.
- Monitoring the company's sales and establish an end of period report.
- Establish meetings with existing and potential customers to facilitate relationships and sales.
- Coordinating pick up and delivery of trailers.
- Monitor rental inventory in depot and at customers.

- A track record of success and achieving or beating goals and quotas

- Proficient with MS Office/Outlook/Excel/Word
- Must have an existing book of business

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to stressful situations with confidence.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed expectations
