**Tint Shield** is looking for an **Experienced Glass Installer**

**Job Duties**:

- Perform repairs and installations of windshields, back glasses, and side windows on a variety of vehicles.
- Remove and re-install windshields, back glass, and quarter glasses without cracking them for auto-body repairs.
- Assess and diagnose glass damage, including cracks, chips, and scratches, to determine the most appropriate repair or replacement solution.
- Utilize specialized equipment and tools to remove and install automotive glass components safely and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed installations to verify proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair procedures, and offering guidance on glass maintenance and care.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Glass Installer or similar role within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in repairing and replacing windshields, back glasses, and side windows using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
