We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team and serve clients in the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas. As a Real Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, showcasing your expertise in real estate transactions while utilizing your social media skills and readiness to adopt AI technologies. We provide extensive training, personalized guidance, and administrative support to ensure your success in this fast-paced industry.
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition and Management**:
Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings effectively.
**Social Media Engagement**:
Utilize social media platforms to promote listings, engage with potential clients, and establish a strong online presence.
Implement best practices for social media marketing and content creation, with a focus on generating leads and expanding reach.
**AI Integration and Adaptation**:
Embrace AI technologies and tools provided for real estate operations, leveraging them to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
**Continuous Learning and Development**:
Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to refine real estate skills, social media strategies, and AI utilization.
Engage in one-on-one coaching sessions and receive personalized support to address individual needs and goals.
**Administrative Support and Collaboration**:
Work closely with administrative staff to manage paperwork, documentation, and transaction details efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to share insights, resources, and best practices for mutual success.
**Requirements**:
Active Real Estate License in Ontario.
Strong understanding of the real estate market in the Waterloo Region and surrounding areas.
Proficiency in social media platforms and basic knowledge of social media marketing principles.
Willingness to learn and adapt to AI technologies and tools.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 60 per week
