Sous la supervision de l’assistant contrôleur, projets, le titulaire devra posséder des compétences en analyse et en communication dans un environnement de travail très stimulant. Rôle et Responsabilités

Spécifiquement, l’analyste financier sera en charge de:

- Participer au développement le coût standard des produits ;
- Assurer un suivi de la rentabilité des projets ;
- Participer au développement de nouveaux outils de gestions ;
- Participer au développement des coûts pour les nouveaux produits ;
- Suivre et analyser mensuellement les variances ;
- Supporter les intervenants de la production à éliminer les causes de coûts de non qualité ;
- Appliquer et revoir les contrôles internes de comptabilités selon SOX ;
- Suivre et analyser les activités financières (Ventes et coût de ventes) ;
- S’assurer de l’exactitude de l’inventaire et supporter le gestionnaire d’inventaire lors du décompte périodique et annuel ;
- Revoir l’exactitude des résultats financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.

Qualifications Techniques et Éducation

Éducation:

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou comptabilité ;
- CPA acquis ou en voie d’obtention d’un titre comptable.

Expérience:

- 3 à 4 années d’expérience pertinente en administration des affaires.

Autres Connaissances Requises:

- Bonne maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office et Oracle.

Compétences / Aptitudes
- Excellent sens de l’analyse et de résolution de problèmes ;
- Très bonne capacité d’organisation ;
- Doit être bilingue (Français et Anglais).

SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the assistant controller, projects, the incumbent will have skills in analysis and communication in a very stimulating work environment. The position is ideal for a person who wishes to orient their career in management accounting in a manufacturing environment, where R&D takes pride of place.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specifically, the financial analyst will be in charge of:

- Participate in the development of the standard cost of products.
- Monitor the profitability of projects.
- Participate in the development of new management tools.
- Participate in the development of costs for new products.
- Monitor and analyze variances monthly
- Support production stakeholders to eliminate the causes of non-quality costs.
- Monitor and analyze financial activities (Sales and cost of sales)
- Ensure the accuracy of the inventory and support the inventory manager during the periodic and annual accounts.
- Review the accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual financial results.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor in Business Administration or Accounting
- CPA acquired or in the process of obtaining an accounting designation

EXPERIENCE:

- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in business administration

OTHER REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

- Good command of Microsoft Office and Oracle software

COMPETENCIES/ABILITIES
- Excellent sense of analysis and problem solving.
- Very good organizational skills
- Must be bilingual (French and English)
