**Clarksburg Contractors**, serving the Georgian Triangle for over 60 years as the one-call mechanical solution, has an immediate opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team servicing industrial, commercial, and residential customers.

**Position Overview**

Acts as the communication centre for incoming calls, interacting with customers, recording, and processing vital information and relaying it to appropriate department(s) in an expeditious manner. Scheduling technicians based on license(s), availability, and territory.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receiving calls from customers, technicians, vendors
- Manually recording and data input of vital information into computer (Jonas)
- Creating Work Orders (WO)
- Relaying info gathered to appropriate Individual(s)/Department(s) and filing accordingly
- Booking appointments with customers
- Co-ordinating technicians and creating work schedules for technicians and apprentices to handle booked appointments
- Keeping customers/ technicians aware of changes to scheduled appointments
- Input Technician’s notes and labour time from WO’s into computer (Jonas)
- Forward requests for pricing/ quotes to appropriate department (Purchasing/ Estimating)
- Track WO’s
- Keep filing system/ drawers organized
- Process technician’s paperwork and distribute accordingly
- Assist Dispatch Administrator

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience as a dispatcher (preferred)
- Familiar with Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing trades (preferred)
- Knowledge of area (preferred)
- Computer proficient (Office, Excel)
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Good communication skills (listening and speaking)
- Organized and Detail oriented
- Good decision-making skills (prioritizing work/ tasks to be done)
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Reliable (punctual and good attendance record)
- High School Diploma
