**Your Role**
As the **Assembly Team Lead**, you will oversee both the mechanical and electrical assembly teams. You will guide daily operations, assign tasks, ensure quality, and support your team in achieving production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will lead by example and inspire your team to follow your lead.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise the production floor
- Follow work instructions and ensure quality standards are met
- Write and update work instructions as needed
- Manage Level 1 discipline (verbal warnings)
- Answer employee questions and provide guidance
- Assign and distribute tasks, plan workforce allocation
- Step in to support the floor when production needs require
- Collaborate with management to improve processes and efficiency

**Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**
- Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others to follow
