**Job Summary**

Scent & Notes is seeking an enthusiastic and professional **Sales Associate** to join our team for the holiday season. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for perfumes and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will represent our brand, actively engaging with customers to help them find the perfect fragrance from our wide selection of scents for both men and women.

**Location**: Thunder Bay, Ontario (Kiosk at Intercity Shopping Centre)

**Job Type**: Seasonal (Saturdays and Sundays)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement: Actively approach customers**, **offer samples and testers**, and provide personalized fragrance recommendations for both men and women, based on their preferences and needs.
- **Sales and Product Knowledge**:Use your understanding of perfumes (training provided) to educate customers on our exclusive range, including Arabic and Western-style scents with options for both genders.
- **Professional Brand Representation**: Dress in a polished, formal manner and represent the Scent & Notes brand values in every interaction.
- **Operations Management**:Oversee day-to-day kiosk operations, promptly resolving any issues that arise to maintain a smooth and positive shopping experience.
- **Transaction Management**:Accurately record transactions and follow all cash and credit handling procedures to ensure financial accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- **Strong communication** and **interpersonal skills**, with the ability to engage customers and **drive sales**.
- **Preferred**:1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- A passion for sales and providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of or interest in perfumes and fragrance notes for both men and women is an asset (training on our brands will be provided).

**Compensation**: Base pay is **$18 per hour**, with additional **commission opportunities** based on sales targets and performance. This structure rewards your dedication to achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
