**Summary**:
The role is to support and monitor the daily flow of the Distribution Centers and ensure that the correct reports and analyses are completed. This includes periodic journal entries and balance reconciliations and tracking all warehouse inventory issues.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile Inventory adjustments for RTV/STV for Distribution centers
- Monitor and correct PO Receiving
- Monitor Left Offs Balance
- Modify the DC Transfer Differences
- Generate and maintain the Inventory Movement Report
- Review Billing Documents in Error
- Post Goods Issue for Previous Day’s Outbound Delivery
- Review IDOCs in Error
- Balancing Inventory between SAP and WMS
- Submit Request for Credit/Charge for Intercompany PO
- Monitor and Review 24 Hr. Transfer PO receiving
- Monitor moving average price correction
- Review Store billings and send corrections for weight errors
- Monitor and follow-up on aged DC inventory items
- Monitor and assist with the DC physical inventory counts
- Provide departmental backup assistance during absences and vacations as needed.
- Perform other duties and assist in projects as required

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or University studies in Accounting
- 1 - 3 years related work experience in Accounting
- Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Good knowledge of Inventory Control
- Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to changes in work methods and systems
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, ability to work Independently
- Capability to meet stringent deadlines
- Proficient in the following systems is a benefit: SAP, Witron, EXE
