**Who we are looking for**

An Account Manager to join our client services team, delivering CRM solutions for a major Canadian Financial Institution.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years’ experience at an Advertising or Marketing agency in a client-facing role
- Ability to take ownership of increasingly complex projects
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Experience managing campaigns built by developers in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or other enterprise-level CRM platforms) is an asset

**What you’ll do**
- Build client relationships providing excellent client service in a collaborative nature
- Coordinate with creative, production and digital teams to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time, by ensuring they have all necessary information, materials and elements in a timely manner 
- Work through day-to-day challenges with a solution-oriented approach, identifying when to escalate issues
- Identify opportunities to add value every step of the way
- Use your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Advertising: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
