**Duties**
- Monitor surveillance cameras and assess real-time footage to identify suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as necessary while documenting events accurately.
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and property damage.
- Collaborate with law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for management review.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technology is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and law enforcement personnel.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively while making sound decisions.
- Must possess a valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
