Accounting Manager

Our client offers full-fencing solutions to increase one’s property value, security, and beauty. With over 40 years experience, they have the knowledge, equipment, and skilled workforce to complete any fence project. Their head office is located just outside of Orillia, in Ramara, with a service area of Orillia, Barrie, Bradford, Collingwood and more. They are hoping to find someone local to the Orillia area to join their head office team.

Purpose:
The Account Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records.

Main Responsibilities:
They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting, account reconciliations, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Assistance with and coordination of intercompany accounting, ensuring consistency between all companies.

Assistance with year-end document preparation and filing

Ensure electronic and hard copy filing systems are up-to-date and maintained.

**Requirements**:
University Degree or College Diploma in Accounting or Finance

5+ years’ experience in the Accounting or Finance sector

Proficiency experience using QuickBooks, including the Payroll function

Experience working in a multi-company environment.

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills and able to meet multiple deadlines.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
