We are presently seeking a **Warehouse Staff / Shipper Receiver / Driver Services. **The primary objective of this role is to reliably pick and receive incoming products, stock automotive parts, prepare skids, process returns, support inventory control, manage driver services, and maintain the warehouse organization and cleanliness.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A dedicated individual looking for long-term employment
- An individual who can perform **physically demanding work** (must be able to move products that weigh **10 - 50 pounds**, be able to walk, climb, balance, twist, lift and bend safely and regularly
- A **team player with positive attitude** and strong work ethic

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support all warehouse duties (picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking and organizing)
- Ensure inventory system accuracy by assisting with continuous cycle counts
- Help control inventory and ensure product availability
- Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner
- Efficiently and safely load auto parts onto delivery vehicle
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team

**Key Requirements and Experience**
- Warehouse experience an asset (e.g. picking, receiving, shipping, inventory control and maintenance)
- G Drivers License
- Customer service experience an asset
- Strong basic mathematical skills and understanding of basic units of measure
- Strong basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use Outlook, online database and web-based training)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive and professional attitude with a flexible mindset
- Accountability and dependability
- Excellent ability to work independently and as a team
- Time management skills and prioritization skills with a deadline-oriented mindset
- Ability and willingness to learn new technology and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiatives as necessary (challenge-seeking attitude)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving: 1 year (preferred)
- Auto parts (sales, repair, manufacturing etc): 1 year (preferred)
