**Job Description: Life Insurance Salesperson**

**Location**: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Life Insurance Salesperson to join our team in Alberta. As a Life Insurance Salesperson, you will be responsible for helping clients select life insurance policies that best meet their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve working with existing clients, utilizing our corporate database, educating potential clients, and maintaining relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and coverage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their financial situation, needs, and objectives to recommend appropriate life insurance products.
- ** Sales and Marketing**: Develop and implement sales strategies to work with existing clients and utilize our corporate database to retain and expand client relationships.
- ** Customer Service**: Provide ongoing support and service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their policies. Maintain regular contact to review and update coverage as necessary.
- ** Compliance**: Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- ** Product Knowledge**: Continuously improve knowledge of life insurance products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.
- ** Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular reports for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; Life & Accident and Sickness Insurance licenses
- ** Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Experience in life insurance sales is highly desirable.
- ** Licensing**: Must hold a valid life insurance license in Alberta
- ** Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
