**We are looking for a seasoned full-time Concierge to work at a Condominium location.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
**Qualifications**:
- Previous Concierge experience required.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour
Schedule:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Ontario Security Guard: 1 year (required)
- Security Concierge: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)

- Are you able to work Mon to Friday 3pm to 11pm (required)
- Are you able to work in Vaughan (Bathurst and Steeles area) (required)
