Casa (preschool) Teaching Assistant

Kanata Montessori School has a 40-year history of graduating bilingual students with self-confidence, critical thinking skills, respect, high academic achievement and an international perspective. Our mission includes ensuring our students work to their strengths and buffer their weaknesses. KMS is a multi-cultural, multi-faith, non-profit school that serves students from 18 months and nurtures them to graduation in grade eight. We offer two distinct campuses with a population of over 300 students.

**The various positions are**:
**7:45 am-2:30 pm Experience working with preschool children**

**8:15 am - 2:00 pm Experience working with preschool children**

**8:45 am - 4:30 pm RECE or currently enrolled in ECE courses**

The position we are hiring for is Monday to Friday, fulltime and parttime as a teaching assistant in the Casa (3-6-year-old) classroom. The position is for our North Campus located at 630 Cameron Harvey Drive. We do not have access to public transit at this location, so you must have your own vehicle.

All successful applicants are required to have a current Police Vulnerable Sector Check and valid Standard First Aid & CPR C/AED certification prior to employment.

Salary and benefits will commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: $15.76-$19.00 per hour
