**Responsibilities**
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their purchases.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered to effectively sell and promote items to customers.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service for all customers.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the checkout process.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in cashiering or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales is beneficial for promoting products effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
- Capability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
