Client Success Specialist

**The Role**:
Kira Talent is looking for a Client Success Specialist to join our team and support our clients and their applicants while building out your client success skill set and growing in your career and impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build client success skills by shadowing the client success managers and supporting their client engagements
- Monitor shared client/applicant support inboxes and respond to tickets directly
- Proactively find ways to improve the service we offer to clients and take ownership for developing these ideas and/or initiatives.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new clients (educate) - ensuring clients are set up for success on the Kira platform, utilizing our technology and methodology to the full potential
- Willing to go above and beyond for clients and their applicants

**Compensation**:
Base Salary Range: 55,000 - 71,500

**About You**:
We are looking for someone who has:

- Undergraduate Degree
- Enjoy being challenged
- Nurturing and empathetic with a positive attitude and energetic personality
- Experience in cross-functional team environments
- Able to anticipate a customer's needs and offer innovative solutions

**Working at Kira**:
We are a remote first organization, and we have people working all throughout North America.
Our Toronto (Yorkville) and Nashville (Downtown) office space is open for those who prefer in-person working, and we'd love to see you.
- We will continue remote-friendly operations (eg. all meetings must be held over zoom, so remote team members are always included).
