Gutter Installer

We are looking to expand our crew by 1-2 individuals - (1) Lead Installer and (1) Installer Helper

The primary duties include:
Installing new gutters, fascia, soffit, snow stops & aluminum railings

Work is primarily residential construction on single family homes and townhouses.
It is not heavy work, but a reasonable level of fitness is required.
We work a lot with ladders - a comfort level with ladders and scaffolding is an important thing to have or to be developed

Personal tools we use daily include:
cordless impact drill - tape measure - speed square - hammer - metal snips - nail bar - small pry bar
The company has a tool program to assist staff in purchasing or upgrading the required tools for the work
Larger sized tools and equipment are provided by the company, including safety gear

Gutter installation experience is essential for the lead installer position (2-3 yrs), and not essential for the install helper position, we are happy to provide training for someone who is a good fit with our team. Experience working with sheet metal or other metal fabrication is an asset.

The posted compensation is a starting range for the posted position(s) for someone. If you have relative experience please outline that for us including your wage expectations and objectives. Extended health benefits are available for the lead installer position.

It is essential for the Lead Installer position to have a valid BC drivers license, without restrictions, so you are able to operate company vehicles. It is beneficial, but not essential, for the Installer Helper position to have a valid BC drivers license.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
