Our drivers are known for the pride and care they take in providing this service. - Rosewood Bulk Milk Hauling is a small operation with a personable working environment and plenty of opportunity for employees to broaden their skill sets. - Agrifoods Cooperative, has proudly been in business for over a century and has grown to become one of Canada’s leading cooperatives with over 2,900 members. - We believe that premium quality services, returns premium quality products and therefore great value to our shareholders. **The Position**: We’re looking for a Bulk Milk Tanker Driver to haul "permeate". A _**premium of $2.50**_ per hour is paid to haul "permeate". Hourly pay starts at $22.73 per hour. Mileage starts at $0.29 per km where applicable. These rates increase after 3 months of employment to $23.79 per hour and $0.315 per km respectively. - We offer a shared cost, comprehensive benefit package. - We also provide paid vacation and sick time for full time staff as well as a boot allowance, medical reimbursement and uniforms. **Requirements**: - Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision. - Detail oriented. - Class 1 drivers license to operate and drive a tractor tanker. - Flexible schedule. - Super B Experience preferred. - Experience hauling unstable loads. - Must pass a company driving test and medical. - Ability to keep accurate records. - Ability to deal professionally with all management, peers and customers. - Excellent attendance, dependability and work records along with clean work habits. **Responsibilities**: - Must be willing to become a Milk Grader (Training will be provided). - Rotate shifts with other drivers including evenings and weekends. - Operating a tractor with tanker. - Loading and unloading bulk milk in a safe, professional manner. - Take pride in what you do. - Conduct activities in accordance with the Dairy Industry Act and Regulation, as well as, in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Performing the role in a respectful manner towards customers, other drivers, the public and management. - Report any complaints to a supervisor. **Salary**: $22.73-$23.29 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision care Schedule: - 10 hour shift Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Unstable Load: 1 year (preferred) - Class 1 Driving: 2 years (required) - B train (backing): 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Class 1 Licence (required) Work Location: One location
