**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, including cash handling and processing transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, enabling you to assist customers with tech-related inquiries.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently, showcasing your knowledge of the merchandise.
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage, allowing for better communication with diverse customers.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
