About this team The Global Support + Operations Enablement team is a dynamic team of operators focused on driving efficiency and efficacy across the Technology organization. We set the standards for how technology teams manage and operationalize their services, while driving a dynamic governance system with the goal of minimizing service disruptions and outages. Further, this team drives performance excellence across the support organization, enabling them to deliver unparalleled service to our end-users. **A day in the life**: This Program Manager, Support + Operations Enablement, will lead program management activities for highly cross-functional initiatives that contribute to evolving our Global Operations + Support strategy across Technology, for improved efficiency and organizational maturity. This role requires excellent understanding in organizational change management and communication, to ensure strong partnership and enrollment of priorities with engineering and delivery-based teams. This role must be highly organized, with the ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, to anticipate, and make tradeoffs and balance business needs. Maturity, curiosity, creative problem solving, and team leadership are all essential for success in this role. This role is highly strategic and will be both project based and operational in nature. - Responsible for overall delivery of both the Global Support Enablement (GSE) and the Global Operations Enablement (GSE) team initiatives, supporting two Project Managers in tactical delivery - Manages all Support + Operations Enablement programs, with the responsibility of externally representing and enrolling key stakeholders in the program(s) as needed - Creates overall timeline, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, cross-functional dependencies, and reporting structure to track progress across multiple workstreams with guidance from Technology Manager - Unblocks the team and proactively problem solves as needed throughout the program lifecycle with guidance from Technology Manager - Effectively identifies and solves for potential risks, issues, and development strategies to prevent realization of risks while providing transparency to the applicable stakeholders - Validates that all projects deliver expected outcomes, supports business objectives, is of quality - Guides and coaches, the Project Managers to ensure the objectives of a project are understood, documented, and measurable - Manages Program budget (actuals and forecast) - Onboarding and offboarding of resources - Owns program related resource management and 3rd party vendor management. Point of Contact for Procurement, Security, Legal, Stakeholder Management (Sponsor, Leadership, Architects) - Develops relationships and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across regions (NA, ITH, EMEA, APAC) and cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives. - Ensures all project/program tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and tracked. **Qualifications**: - 5+ years in technology or related field with 5+ yrs exp in project management, 1-2 yrs in program management scrum/safe or other agile practice certification required if leading a scrum team. - Thorough understanding of technology domain, stack, and skills. - Proven experience in leading the strategic path and delivery of multiple portfolio management capabilities such as but not limited to, onboarding, recruiting, vendor management, capacity management, dependency management, resource management, annual planning process, workforce management etc. - Ability to operate with low degree of ambiguity, leveraging existing processes and tools with guidance from Technoloy Manager - Proven experience managing budget of >=$1M capex annually or size of initiative along with experience in forecasting. - Experience in managing waterfall, hybrid & agile delivery teams - Proven track record and experience working in a global company with technology teams in India and North America - Passion for problem solving w/ an ability to excel in an ambiguous environment - Demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, multi-program environment with changing priorities - Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issues - Strong leadership
