Our Ninja Coaches are instrumental in delivering the highest level of fun and programming to our Fitset Ninja athletes. This role encompasses many qualities of a ninja - adaptable, flexible, energetic, and demonstrates the discipline to realize no task or detail is too small to not deserve your attention or focus. You safely and effectively implement our Ninja curriculum in an engaging and exciting way.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide technical instruction for the development of ninja skills: balance, swings, grip strength, safety rolls, jumps and grabs
- Deliver appropriate programing with the ability to scale up/down based on athletes skill level & previous experience
- Supervise and manage group class to maximize participation
- Provide safe and structured learning environment for all athletes
- Demonstrate the correct and safe use of equipment both visually and verbally
- Ensure everyone is aware of and follows the safety policies
- Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment
- Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-C
- Completed and cleared Police Record check with Vulnerable Sector Search - Must be completed prior to employment start date
- Experience working with children
- Background in ninja warrior, gymnastics, climbing, martial arts or related field
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
